I wanted to do something different on the backside of the guitar so i masked off some lines and sprayed silver to make a metal effect. the useing a freehand stencile i made rivets. For the tribal and lettering I used transfer paper to draw out the tribal then cut out the outline useing it like a stencile. I used a vinyl cutter for the stencile for Lettering.

I then sprayed a hot candy orange over the entire graphic. then adding some chrome yellow highlights with the airbrush.

I decided I only wanted a less noticeable skull so I erased them using the deep black basecoat and repeating the flicker strokes until I was satisfied with the result.
Now using my airbrush I make soft S like flickers then i progessively get lighter and tighter with my flickers with help from a freehand shield.

I used a Deep Black base for easy coverage.

I scuff the serface lightly with a red scotchbrite sanding pad for better paint adhesion.
and then i clean it again with wax and grease remover and set it up for basecoat.
